Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

Associate Operators support the manufacturing of PTFE billets used to produce seals by operating presses, ovens, and related equipment. This role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate molding presses, ovens, and related equipment Load/unload materials and follow standard work instructions Perform basic equipment maintenance Accurately complete production and labor documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S) Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or incidents Participate in team-based continuous improvement efforts Overtime may be required based on production demand Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred No prior experience required (training provided) Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Physical & Work Environment Standing and walking for extended periods Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Climate-controlled manufacturing environment Ability to wear PPE (safety glasses and safety shoes)
