1st and 2nd shift About the Role People In Motion is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating, setting up, cleaning, and performing basic maintenance on equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining safety and quality standards while meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure efficiency. Set up, calibrate, clean, and adjust machines for production. Disassemble and clean equipment as required for product changes. Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to optimize machine performance. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Follow all safety protocols and report any equipment abnormalities. Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety requirements.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. At least three (3) years of machine operator experience. Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience as a Machine Operator. Technical background in electromechanics or mechatronics. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods. Frequent stooping, bending, and climbing stairs. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds . Why Join People In Motion?
