Shift:

M-F 1:00 PM-9:00

PM Pay:

$17/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Operate wire cutting and cable machine(s) to produce wire in accordance with production documentation and standards Examine cut wires to ensure wires are in accordance with production standards Organize cut wires for production efficiencies Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner Detect and report machine malfunctions promptly to management Complete production documentation in accordance with production standards Notify management of material defects Manage one's own work load for maximum efficiency Adhere to all ISO requirements related to their area Use tools and equipment properly to minimize downtime and tool breakage Perform other duties reasonably related to the position as assigned

Requirements:

Read and understand sentences and paragraphs in work related documents written in English Speak and write effectively to convey information to others Attention to detail Keep job documents/materials properly identified and organized Able to manage one's own work load for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality Able to grasp new concepts and skills easily Able to use computers to properly run wire and cable cutting equipment Able to understand and apply mechanical concepts and principles to solve problems Use sound judgment to make good decisions based on information available Able to meet customer and company quality and timeline requirements Cooperate with coworkers and management Adjust quickly to different assigned duties
