Bender Operation:
Operate bender machines to form metal tubing and components according to precise job specifications and production requirements.Bend & Twist Angles:
Understand and verify bend angles, twist angles, rotation, and orientation requirements during the bending process.Program Changes & Tooling Adjustments:
Learn to make basic program changes, tooling adjustments, and setup modifications to support production needs and part accuracy.Blueprint Reading:
Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions to ensure parts are manufactured to specification.Inspection & Quality Checks:
Inspect parts using required inspection tools (e.g., tape measures, calipers, angle finders, protractors, gauges) to verify conformance to tolerance.Material Handling:
Load and unload materials and finished parts while maintaining safe handling and organization throughout the work area.Documentation:
Accurately complete production documentation and communicate any quality or production concerns to supervision. Schedule is 1st shift hours: Monday- Friday 6:00 am
- 2:30 pm; occasional Saturday 6:00 am
- 12 pm.
Pay rate:
$18.00. Apply now! Requirements- Minimum 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/32".
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand dimensional measurements and angles.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Ability to lift parts up to 35 pounds.
