Requirements:

Attention to detail Ability to review products and materials during the manufacturing process Trimming products according to the work order Willingly able to communicate Ability to follow instructions Follow safety requirements A natural desire to produce quality parts Willingness to listen and take instruction A desire to learn and be trained Ability to transport up to 50lbs Able to remain stationary for long periods of time

Responsibilities:

Be able to work effectively and courteously with coworkers Understand and follow safety guidelines including wearing company-provided protective equipment Show up on time when you are scheduled Contribute to the creation of quality parts as defined by company-provided quality standards Willingly participate in all training Be motivated to achieve production targets and other key performance measures
