Pay & Shifts Day Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:15 AM - 3:45 PM @ $23.00/hr

Night Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 3:20 PM - 2:00 AM @ $25.00/hr Work Environment Plastic injection molding shop Not climate-controlled — expect warm temperatures, especially in summer Hands-on, physical work with frequent lifting and repetitive tasks Team-oriented environment with steady workflow and clear expectations Job Responsibilities Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently Trim molded plastic parts to meet quality standards Assemble industrial safety products with consistency and accuracy Handle products up to 30 lbs throughout the shift (especially wheel chock production) Use basic hand tools to complete daily production tasks Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of machine, press, or manufacturing experience Comfortable using basic hand tools Ability to work in warm environments (80-90°F in summer) Physically able to lift and move 30 lb products repeatedly Plastics manufacturing experience is a plus Why You'll Love Working Here 4-day work week for improved work-life balance Competitive pay Extra breaks and hydration support during hot summer months Casual dress code for comfort on the production floor Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Broomfield, CO.
