This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, andfortable working with precision tools and equipment.

Schedule:

Must be able to work a fixed or rotating shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blues, job orders, and technical specifications Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools including lathes, mills, boring machines, and grinders Select and install proper tooling, fixtures, and machineponents Position and secure workpieces using appropriate holding devices and equipment Set machine feeds, speeds, depth of cut, and other operating parameters Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and conformance to specifications Perform inspections and measurements of finished parts Troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues and support corrective actions Operate related equipment such as welding machines, bench grinders, forklifts, and overhead cranes Respond quickly to production changes, including urgent or unplanned orders Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in all work activities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or apprenticeship in machining strongly preferred Prior experience operating machine tools in a manufacturing environment required Experience with welding, fabrication, and/or assembly equipment preferred Ability to read blues and use precision measuring instruments Basicputer skills (Microsoft Office); MRO system experience is a plus Skills & Abilities Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Solid understanding of math, trigonometry, and measurement tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing production environment Ability to operate cranes, forklifts, and related lifting equipment Strong attention to detail andmitment to quality standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks If you are a skilled machine operator looking for a stable opportunity withpetitive pay and hands-on work, we want to hear from you.

Pay Details:
