About the Position All Event Rental & Design is looking for dependable, hardworking Field Installers to join our event operations team. This is a hands-on position responsible for delivering, installing, and removing event rental equipment for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other events throughout Sarasota and the surrounding area. We are looking for people who are reliable, take pride in their work, and enjoy a fast-paced, physical work environment. What You'll Do

• Install and dismantle event tents, dance floors, staging, tables, chairs, and other rental equipment
• Load and unload trucks for deliveries, installations, and pickups
• Assist with tent staking, anchoring, sidewalls, flooring, and related installation work
• Set up equipment according to work orders, layouts, and supervisor instructions
• Safely operate tools and installation equipment
• Protect rental equipment and customer property during setup and removal
• Keep trucks, tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with warehouse operations and equipment preparation when needed What We're Looking For
• Valid driver's license required
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as scheduled
• Able to lift and carry 50-75 lbs. and perform physically demanding work throughout a shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and changing weather conditions
• Able to follow instructions and work safely as part of a crew
• Available to work weekends, early mornings, evenings, and variable hours based on the event schedule
• Professional and respectful when working at customer homes and event venues Experience That Translates Well Previous event rental or tent installation experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

We are also interested in candidates with hands-on experience in construction, event setup, staging/production, moving, delivery, fencing, landscaping, or warehouse/field operations. Experience driving box trucks or pulling trailers is a plus. Schedule & Compensation This is a full-time position. Because we are an event-based business, schedules vary depending on the event calendar. Weekend availability is important, and some events require early-morning setup or evening/night breakdown. Pay is commensurate with experience. Opportunity for Advancement We are looking for people who want more than just a temporary labor position.
