Job Title:
Machine Operator (1st shift) ($17.00/hr.) Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill two Machine Operator positions in our custom manufacturing shop. This role offers the opportunity to operate CNC, thermoforming, and rotational mold machines within a supportive and collaborative environment. - Responsibilities Operate CNC, thermoforming, and rotational mold machines.
Load products into machines and adjust frames to fit plastic sheets. Set up machines according to product specifications and cycle times. Use hand tools to tear down machines and insert new tooling for custom orders. Troubleshoot problems during the initial product run. Work independently or with another operator depending on the product requirements. Collaborate closely with the quality department to ensure production approval. Perform tear downs, set ups, and run parts on forming machines. Assist in other departments such as shipping when necessary. Read custom work orders and follow production schedules to meet goals. Lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Read tape measures and use basic shop math. Assist with routine preventative maintenance on machines. Essential Skills Experience working in manufacturing. Ability to read and interpret work instructions. Capability to lift 30 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience operating machines is a plus. Proficiency in machine setup, teardown, changeover, and repair. Knowledge of injection molding, rotational molding, and plastic forming. Why Work Here?
