Beverage company located in the city of Truesdale MO is looking for Machine Operators. Will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the production and packaging of beverages, ensuring smooth production, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols. This involves tasks like operating filling machines, labeling equipment, and inspecting finished products. Job Summary Will be working 6:00pm-6:00am 12 hour shifts. Its a continental schedule you will be off 2 days out of the week and will be working every other Saturday and Sunday. You must be able to work 12 hour shifts and weekends as needed. This position requires that you have Steel toed work shoes/boots. Start pay is $17.00 per hour, weekly pay, and we offer direct deposit. Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure optimal performance and quality output. Utilize tools such as micrometers and calipers to measure and verify dimensions of fabricated parts. Perform routine maintenance on machines, including press brake machines, to ensure they are in good working condition. Fabricate components according to specifications using SolidWorks for design assistance. Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and other equipment as necessary. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Skills Familiarity with logic controllers for machine operation. Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools. Strong understanding of machining techniques and assembly line operations. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Ability to program machinery as needed for specific tasks. Experience operating press brake machines is a plus.
