COPY LINK link Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting a Machine Operator for an onsite opportunity in Monroe, NC. In this role, you will operate assembly equipment lines and support production processes while maintaining quality standards, safetypliance, and documentation accuracy in a regulated manufacturing environment. If you have prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work a rotating shift schedule, today! Responsibilities The Machine Operator will be responsible for, but not limited to: Adhering to allpany policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Operating assembly equipment lines, including gel, Cap Assembly, and Holder systems Achieving and maintaining target Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Performing basic troubleshooting and clearing machine faults Performing IPC testing and notifying Set-up personnel if adjustments are required Completing required documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Monitoring production performance throughout the shift to ensure goals are met Performing basic math functions and collecting, recording, and analyzing production and quality data Utilizing Z-Pointputer software Escalating manufacturing or equipment issues promptly to minimize scrap and downtime Maintaining understanding of Device History Records (DHR), Production Orders, and Material Lists Ensuringponents are replenished as needed Following cGMP guidelines at all times Completing scheduled cleaning of equipment and work areas Collaborating with technical staff on improvements and participating in equipment maintenance Performing additional duties as assigned QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Prior manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail Basic math skills Goodmunication skills Basic understanding ofputer systems Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours Work Schedule & DetailsPay Rate:
