Warehouse Clerk

• Responsibilities
• The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for, but not limited to: + Receiving and inspecting incoming goods to verify correct items, lot numbers, and quantities + Unloading and separating trucks/containers by item and lot number + Performing accurate SAP inventory transactions + Preparing shipping documents using UPS station systems + Pulling production and shipping orders while ensuring accuracy of quantity, item number, and lot number using barcode scanners + Performing cycle counts as directed by the Warehouse Manager or Assistant Manager + Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse + Shrink-wrapping pallets for shipment + Accurately recording inventory transactions + Understanding product status, including Releases and QA Holds + Understanding item and lot number tracking procedures + Following forklift safety guidelines and safe lifting practices + Maintaining Forklift Authorization and SAP Authorization + Initiating Quality Irregularity Reports (QIR) when necessary + Utilizing barcode scanner systems effectively + Performing additional duties as assigned •Qualifications•

Minimum Requirements:

• + Warehouse experience preferred + Certified to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, order pickers, etc.) + Forklift authorization required + SAP authorization preferred + High School Diploma or GED preferred + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment
