Machine Operators Frida - Sunday 5:00 AM. to 6 PM.

Operate CNC ID grinding equipment while adhering to job ticket specifications. Setup material requires ID grinding to meet established job ticket part specifications. The CNC ID Grind operation ensures proper distribution of product in order to advance the production process. Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to make various adjustments to machines to meet quality criteria.
• Adhere to job ticket specifications to ensure thorough awareness of the requirements of the job to be produced.
• Inspect product to maintain quality standards.
• Ability to use in process inspection equipment. Including micrometer, microscope, dial indicators, and plug gages.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment adjustments.
• Ability to perform machine maintenance tasks when required.
• Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and work area.
• Willingness to support the team in all efforts towards continuous improvement.
• Assist coworkers when necessary.
• Perform operator PM's when required. Qualifications
• Basic Math skills
• Ability to read job ticket specifications.
• Ability to use plug gages.
• Ability to use micrometers.
• Ability to use microscope.
• Ability to work well with others. Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment a plus Interested in a full-time job, we provide on the job training.
