Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to use precision measuring instruments Basic troubleshooting and machine setup knowledge preferred Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press machines according to production specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Perform machine adjustments to ensure proper operation and product quality Monitor production output and inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards Keep work area clean and organized Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals More Than Just a Paycheck.
