What You'll Be Doing You'll be hands-on in the full machining process—not just pressing buttons: Set up, program, and run CNC and manual lathes Machine precision parts to exact specs (not production line monotony) Inspect your own work and ensure quality standards are met Work directly with engineers to improve designs and efficiency Troubleshoot machines and keep production running smoothly Train and support other machinists Use ERP systems to track jobs, materials, scrap, and rework What Makes This Role Different ✔ You'll have a voice
