Wirer Responsibilities:

• Assembling soft serve and custard machines, including mechanical and electrical components, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and secure installation
• Performing accurate wiring of electrical systems and components, power supplies, control panels, switches, sensors, motors, and harnesses
• Following working instructions, drawing, diagrams, and schematics to understand assembly and wiring instructions
• Using hand and power tools and electrical test equipment safely
• Inspecting completed wiring and assembly to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety/quality standards
• Performing functional and electrical testing to confirm accurate operation
• Identifying wiring, assembly, or component issues during building process
• Troubleshooting electrical faults and making repairs and adjustments
• Collaborating with teams to resolve and improve issues and processes
• Accurately completing production and quality documentation Requirements for

Wirer:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
• Previous experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or manufacturing highly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and work instructions
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring principles, components and safety practices
• Ability to use hand tools and electrical testing equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for 8-10 hours; lifting 50 pounds regularly throughout shift
