This is a full-time, first-shift position for a dependable individual with strong machining knowledge and mechanical aptitude. Schedule Monday through Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Perform precision measurements and quality inspections Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine settings as needed Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues Perform general machine maintenance and preventative maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals Qualifications Previous CNC machining experience required Experience operating both CNC lathes and milling machines Strong understanding of machining practices and tolerances Ability to use precision measuring instruments Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid vacation Health and benefits package Stable full-time employment Clean and professional manufacturing environment If you are a skilled machinist looking for a steady first-shift opportunity with a growing manufacturing company, we encourage you to apply.
