What Your Workday Looks Like Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery used to produce metal components Perform quality checks and accurately report daily production counts Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges Assist with machine setup, tooling changes, and first-part inspections Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting with support Deburr finished parts and maintain organized workstations Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout protocols Maintain accurate tool inventory and production documentation "They matched me with a great job in a couple of days, and I was hired on permanently."
