This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with both CNC and manual equipment and takes pride in maintaining high-quality production standards. This role offers long-term stability, hands-on work, and the chance to grow your skillset within a well-established operation.

What You'll Be Doing:

Set up and operate CNC machinery for production runs Run manual machines including mills, lathes, and grinders Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Make adjustments to tooling, offsets, and machine settings as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For:

Experience operating CNC and manual machining equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Experience with machine maintenance or repair is a plus Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic If you're a hands-on machinist looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow, apply today! #DR123
