In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tinting films to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish that enhances vehicle appearance, privacy, and UV protection. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining safety standards and adhering to industry best practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive customization and repair. Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and inspecting surfaces for imperfections before tint application Measure, cut, and install window tint films accurately on various vehicle types, including cars, trucks, and SUVs Use hand tools and power tools to trim excess film and ensure a seamless fit around edges and contours Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols during installation to prevent damage or defects Conduct quality checks on completed work, ensuring a flawless appearance and adherence to specifications Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste materials Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as glass replacement or minor auto body repairs when needed Skills Proven experience in window tinting, auto glass installation, or automotive detailing is highly preferred Dealership experience or background in automotive repair enhances your suitability for this role Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) and auto estimating processes is a plus Mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in hand tools and power tools is essential for precise work Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physical tasks efficiently throughout the day Familiarity with auto body repair, auto glass installation, and vehicle maintenance techniques Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality results Join our team if you're eager to develop your skills in automotive customization while delivering outstanding service!
