We operate a modern, high-quality lineup of CNC lathes, mills, and production equipment, and we're seeking someone who can help us deliver precision-machined components on time and to spec. What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and work orders to determine machining job specifications. Work closley with our in-house Mechanical Engineer on designs and drawings. Set up and operate CNC machines including CNC Lathes with Live Tooling, CNC verticial mill, HE&M

saw. Must be able to program Fanuc CNC tool controllers for up to 5 axis machines. Select tooling, set offsets, and maintain accurate machine settings.

Set up and operate JET manual lathes. Design, weld, and fabricate parts, using drawings or other mechanical plans. Read and follow process instructions to maintain product quality in compliance with our Quality Manual and maintain traceability of material throughout the process. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools. Monitor production for accuracy and make adjustments as needed. Ability to utilize power tools to prepare steel parts for production (drilling, grinding, cutting and sand blasting), when required. Keep an organized, safe and clean work area. Clean, maintain, and adjust equipment to maintain efficient operation. Perform other related duties as assigned by manager. What We're Looking For 3+ years of CNC machining experience (preferred). Ability to run CNC lathes and mills independently. Experience with live tooling and Fanuc-style controls is a plus. Strong understanding of measurements, tolerances, and machining best practices. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
