HireCare Services is hiring compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities in Maidens, VA and surrounding communities. This is a part-time position offering flexible scheduling, hands-on clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Job Responsibilities:

As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , you will: Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Support skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions Communicate progress with your supervising BCBA Complete timely and accurate session documentation Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided) Entry-level applicants welcome for BT roles Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently High school diploma or equivalent required

Schedule:

Part-time positions only Afternoon and after-school availability (Monday-Friday) Occasional weekend hours available if desired Approximately 15-25 hours per week based on availability and caseload

Compensation:

$20
