Mail Order Staff Pharmacist

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to support a growing digital/mail order pharmacy specializing in non-insurance medications, including generics, some brand-name, and specialty drugs. This role requires managing a high volume of prescriptions and ensuring precise dispensing across all 50 states plus DC.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 2:00 PM to 10:00

PM Responsibilities:

Perform full-cycle pharmacy dispensing and fulfillment operations Verify prescriptions with accuracy and adherence to regulations Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain workflow efficiency Adapt quickly to fast-paced volume changes and new client demands Collaborate effectively with team members to meet increased prescription volume

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active pharmacist license in Kentucky (pharmacists licensed in Cincinnati, OH are encouraged to verify KY licensure eligibility) Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy settings preferred Strong ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team-oriented environment Skilled in mail order pharmacy processes and digital dispensing Excellent communication and supervisory skills This position supports a fast-expanding mail order pharmacy servicing a national customer base.
