Mail Room Supervisor

We are working with a law firm in Great Neck who is looking for a mailroom supervisor who can oversee their busy mailroom. The ideal person must have experience working in a fast paced environment and have working experience of Pitney Bowes Mail Machines. This position is a temp to hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily mail room activities Sort and collate incoming and outgoing mail Distribute mail to appropriate departments Weigh mail to determine the correct postage Record mail Use fax and scanning machines Time/date stamp all incoming/outgoing mail Ability to go to the post office daily to pick up and drop off mail

Skills:

Working knowledge of Pitney Bowes mailing/postage machine Good computer skills Good communication skills Team Player Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Hours:
