Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Mailroom Assistant to help manage daily mailroom operations in a busy law office environment. This role involves sorting incoming mail, preparing outgoing packages, scanning and filing documents, and assisting with general office support tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Duties Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages Prepare outgoing mail, FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipments Scan, copy, and organize documents Maintain mailroom supplies and organization Assist staff with document handling and deliveries Perform light administrative and office support tasks Ensure confidential documents are handled appropriately This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your contributions directly impact operational success.
