Maintenance and Janitorial Technician

Commercial Electronics, Inc. Full-Time Position Commercial Electronics, Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility and company vehicle fleet operating at peak performance. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things before they become expensive things, and understands that preventative maintenance beats emergency repairs every time. Old-school reliability still matters around here. Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs Maintain cleanliness and organization inside and outside the facility Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues Perform preventative maintenance on company equipment and systems Maintain and service company vehicles and fleet equipment Conduct oil changes, inspections, fluid checks, tire maintenance, and basic repairs Coordinate larger repairs with outside vendors when necessary Maintain maintenance logs and service records Assist with facility improvements and special projects Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Requirements Experience in building maintenance, automotive service, or related field preferred Working knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to diagnose problems and work independently Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day Strong attention to detail and dependability Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed which may include basic electronic repair of circuit boards and equipment.
