Shift:

Inspect and Repair:
Masterfully evaluate and repair aircraft airframe and powerplant, ensuring all components meet stringent safety standards.Maintain Precision:
Conduct precise and reliable maintenance tasks to keep the fleet operational for critical missions.Troubleshoot:
Utilize sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting skills to address complex issues promptly. Adhere toProtocols:
Operate in compliance with FAA regulations and internal procedures to uphold the highest safety standards.Travel and Adapt:
Travel frequently, sometimes on short notice, to perform maintenance tasks and handle unexpected repairs. Be willing to work night shifts as dictated by maintenance events.Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant ratings. Minimum of 2 years' experience in helicopter maintenance as a certified mechanic (Bell or Eurocopter exp preferred). Basic communication skills. Proficiency with computer applications relevant to aviation maintenance. Ability to pass pre-placement physical and functional capacity exams, including strength and flexibility assessments. Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds. Clean drug and background screening. Experience with sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting is preferred. Willingness to join Roving Maintenance Team and travel extensively.Benefits & Perks:
