Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Line Service Professional to join our aviation ground operations team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional ground support services to aircraft, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in aircraft fueling, maintenance management, and airport ramp operations will contribute to smooth and reliable flight operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, leadership, and technical skills are essential for success. Responsibilities Perform aircraft fueling and de-icing procedures in accordance with safety standards and Federal Aviation Regulations. Conduct ground support equipment operations, including towing, pushback, and vehicle movement on the airport ramp. Supervise and coordinate aircraft servicing activities, ensuring timely turnaround times and adherence to safety protocols. Manage logistics related to aircraft maintenance, parts handling, and inventory control to support operational efficiency. Lead a team of service technicians and ground staff, providing supervision, training, and performance feedback. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, fueling logs, and safety inspections. Communicate effectively with pilots, airline personnel, and other airport staff across multiple languages including Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and English. Requirements Proven management and supervisory experience in aviation or ground support operations. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in aircraft maintenance or service technician roles. Multilingual abilities in Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and English are highly desirable. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles and manual transmission vehicles. Knowledge of airport ground operations, aviation safety standards, including Federal Aviation Regulations. Physical ability for heavy lifting and manual tasks required during aircraft servicing. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with logistics, maintenance management systems, or military aviation is a plus.
