Job Description

Join our aviation team and help keep operations running safely, smoothly, and efficiently! We're looking for a motivated and safety‑driven Flight Line Support Technician to support daily flight line operations and aircraft maintenance services at our University. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced aviation environment and is passionate about safety, teamwork, and excellence. No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and commitment to safety. In this role, you'll support daily flight line operations and help keep aircraft safe, clean, and ready for flight: Guide (marshal), park, and tow aircraft on the ramp Fuel aircraft safely and accurately Assist with hangar storage and ground support services Help maintain aircraft cleanliness and readiness Inspect aircraft for visible issues and report concerns Keep the ramp clean and free of debris (FOD) Support safe aircraft movement for arrivals and departures Operate ground equipment (we'll train you!) like tugs and service vehicles What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and safety mindset Willingness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to learn and follow procedures Valid driver's license required
