Full Time Salary Range:
$47.95 Hourly AC Mechanic II Electrician Contractor personnel, based on blueprints job orders engineering specifications and or maintenance instructions, shall disassemble, repair, rework and install various systems and components such as wings, control surfaces, control systems, landing gear, arresting gear, fuel cells, instrumentation, and engines. Contractor personnel shall install hydraulic tubing, actuating cylinders, and cable controls. Contractor personnel shall rig, adjust and perform preflight tests on various flight systems including landing gear, flight controls, instruments, oxygen/ environmental systems and power plants. Contractor personnel shall install complete fuel systems including self-sealing fuel cells. Adequate experience performing the duties of the labor category as described in the Department of Labor functional description. Services Contract Act (SCA) - 23022 Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a minimum of 5 years in electrician experience. Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have a valid Driver's License. Must be able to speak, read and write and understand English. Must be able to meet physical requirements associated with and / or pass any medical examination requirements related to performing daily assigned task. Must past pre-employment background check. Must past pre-employment and post-employment drug testing. Must be able to attain and maintain a Defense Biometric Identification System Card (DBIDS). Must be able to attain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance. Must have an active Common Access Card to start.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Active Secret Clearance. Minimum of 4 years of current, F18 Aircraft mechanic Electrician experience. Prior experience in Naval Aviation Depot level maintenance. No relocation assistance provided.
