Join Our Team as an A&P Mechanic- PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to find a skilled and dedicated A&P Mechanic in Englewood, CO.

- , you'll play a vital role in maintaining the airworthiness, safety, and reliability of aircraft.
- What You'll Do
- In this role, you will: + Perform repairs, maintenance, and replacement of critical aircraft components + Conduct inspections, functional checks, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems + Diagnose mechanical and operational issues using specialized tools and equipment + Repair or replace defective aircraft parts and components + Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and industry standards + Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, manuals, diagrams, and maintenance publications + Support airframe, powerplant, and A&P maintenance activities + Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation + Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment + Assist in maintaining mission readiness through high-quality workmanship and attention to detail •Required Qualifications•Education & Experience•+ High School Diploma or GED required + Typically 5+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience + Related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education + Advanced degree may substitute for some experience requirements •Certifications•+ Active and current •FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification•+ No prior FAA violations •Required Skills•+ Advanced experience in: + Aircraft maintenance + Airframe maintenance + Powerplant mechanics + Mechanical troubleshooting + Diagnosis and repair of aircraft systems + Ability to understand and interpret: + Technical schematics + Diagrams + Blueprints + Maintenance manuals + Technical publications + Ability to speak, read, and write English + Must possess reliable transportation + Must provide and maintain personal tools in good working condition + Ability to pass and maintain Class 3 physical requirements, including hearing testing + •Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.
