maintenance training — offerings rare among U.S. MRO organizations 4-day and 3-day work week options available for some positions Work Schedule Full-Time On-site position Flexible shifts required, including nights and weekends to meet customer demand Key Responsibilities Perform line maintenance (on-call and scheduled) work on various customers aircraft Perform routine maintenance and airworthiness releases (within scope of approval), returning aircraft to service Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, aircraft engines, and associated components; perform work to meet deadlines and performance goals Troubleshoot systems; disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components to maintain fully functioning equipment according to Approved Technical Data provided by the customer Ensure all departing aircraft are safe per FARs and air carrier/manufacturer manuals, with all work properly documented Perform line maintenance duties, activities, and maintenance tasks as assigned Collaborate and communicate with the air carriers maintenance control center as required Qualifications 2+ years of recent line maintenance experience, with an emphasis on troubleshooting, daily and turn checks, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Valid drivers license required Ability to frequently stand, walk, and use hand/finger dexterity; climb, balance, bend, or crawl, occasionally from heights in precarious places Ability to frequently lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds; awareness of working near and around moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and loud noises Visual acuity to operate equipment and read technical information Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold Must be able to read and write English Must pass airport security background checks and be willing to travel for work as required Preferred Qualifications Experience with B767 and B747 aircraft types Current, valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license Training on EASA B1 standards a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Customer-facing skills; ability to work with flight crews and interact professionally Independent, self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision Job and company information not to be copied, shared, scraped, or otherwise disseminated without explicit consent of JSfirm, LLC.
