Accept It:
Be the
AOG Expert :
Perform high-quality, rapid-response maintenance on a diverse fleet of corporate and general aviation aircraft.
Master of Your Craft :
Work on a variety of airframes, including Bombardier (Challenger, Global), Embraer (Phenom 300, Praetor/Legacy), Gulfstream, Cessna (Lattitude), Falcon, Learjet, and Hawker .
Troubleshoot & Repair :
Execute a wide range of maintenance tasks, from routine inspections and servicing to complex avionics troubleshooting and FAA-approved repairs.
Own Your Work :
Read and interpret technical manuals to solve complex issues, accurately complete all work orders, and maintain a clean and organized shop environment. What You Bring to the

Must-Have Experience:
Valid A&P Certificate. A minimum of 3 years of general aviation maintenance experience. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Bombardier (Challenger, Global), Embraer (Phenom, Praetor/Legacy), or Cessna Lattitude . Hands-on experience with Garmin 3000 and/or 5000 avionics suites .

Physical Requirements:
Comfortable and willing to work on elevated platforms (up to 40 feet) using fall protection. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work in confined spaces, and stand or sit for extended periods.
