Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Aviation Mechanic to join our team in Panama City, FL. This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft systems and components. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards. Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to accurately assess and resolve system issues. Document all maintenance actions in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies. Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and supply personnel to ensure aircraft availability and mission readiness. Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and orderly condition. Follow all applicable technical data, safety regulations, and quality standards. Support operational checks, functional tests, and aircraft readiness evaluations as directed. Communicate professionally with MANTECH employees and MANTECH clients Perform miscellaneous assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed. Travel may be required.
