Job Description:

Aero Maintenance Services is seeking FAA-certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Technicians to join our team in Sarasota, Florida (KSRQ). We are looking for technicians who take pride in quality work, safety, and professional aircraft maintenance standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company procedures Complete maintenance documentation and logbook entries accurately Work with team members to maintain efficient shop operations Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Requirements:

FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required Experience working on fixed wing aircraft Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with aviation maintenance tools Must provide own tools Detail-oriented with strong safety mindset Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks. Successful completion of a drug screening is mandatory.
