Hourly Rate:
Up to $37.00/hour (DOE)
Annual Earnings:
Approximately $80,000.00-$90,000.00+ annually with overtime opportunities Direct-Hire Opportunity No Tools Required Work Schedule Flexible / Rotating Shifts Key Responsibilities Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications Ensure all maintenance is completed in compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards Accurately document completed maintenance actions and discrepancies Collaborate with maintenance teams to support operational efficiency and safety Maintain a strong commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail Qualifications Previous aviation maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work flexible or rotating schedules Must be able to pass a clean background check and drug screening Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Passion for aviation and commitment to excellence Why Join Us?
