Full Job Description Position Summary:
Corporate Flight Department mechanic responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on aircraft airframes, engines, and related systems to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company standards.

This role requires a strong commitment to safety, technical expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions of the
Position:
1. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft, including inspection, repairs, and component replacements. 2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, avionics, and hydraulic issues in airframes and powerplants. 3. Conduct service inspections to ensure airworthiness. 4. Repair or replace defective parts, such as engines, wings, landing gear, brakes, and instrumentation, using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. 5. Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide maintenance and repair activities. 6. Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company policies. 7. Document all maintenance and repair activities in accordance with FAA requirements and company policies. 8. Test aircraft systems, including engines, controls, and avionics, to verify proper operation. 9. Collaborate with other mechanics, engineers, and support staff to complete projects efficiently. 10. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
Required Experience & Education:
1. Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certification. 2. At least one year of experience as an A&P Mechanic preferred.
