AOG Resources is seeking Aircraft Mechanics with 3+ years of regional aircraft experience to perform heavy airframe maintenance, mechanical systems servicing, and Starlink modification installations.
Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Mechanics to perform heavy airframe maintenance, mechanical systems servicing, and mechanical modification support on regional transport aircraft. In this role, you will execute routine and non-routine C/D maintenance checks on Bombardier CRJ aircraft while supporting the primary mechanical installation phases of Starlink In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) modification packages. You will perform mechanical system removals, install external antenna mounting hardware and radome housings, service airframe systems, and perform mechanical operational tests.

Active FAA Airframe & Powerplant is a plus but not required
Experience:
3+ years of hands-on aircraft mechanical/airframe maintenance experience - preferably on CRJ aircraft
Mechanical Proficiency:
Demonstrated capability in heavy airframe maintenance, mechanical component rigging, engine servicing, and hydraulic/pneumatic system troubleshooting.
Technical Data:
Ability to read and execute work directly from mechanical engineering drawings, STC modification instructions, and technical manuals.

Tools are required for this position
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Work takes place in an active maintenance hangar and on outdoor aircraft ramps.
Physical capability to kneel, crouch, crawl, and maneuver in tight mechanical spaces (belly holds, wheel wells, and hydraulics bays).
Comfort working at elevated heights on scaffolding, work stands, tail stands, and aerial lifts using fall protection gear.
Ability to routinely lift, position, or carry mechanical tooling and components weighing up to 50 lbs.
