Updated 04/2026 Job Description Job Summary Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Troubleshoot electrical, airframe, and powerplant systems, ensuring optimal aircraft performance and minimal downtime Work with OEM vendors and contract MX to ensure maintenance is performed to FAA standards Utilize electronic manuals to navigate technical data efficiently. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a flexible schedule to include overtime and after-hours work. Work with the parts department to order parts in a timely manner and determine warranty coverage. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Airframe and Powerplant License. Minimum 3 - 5 (five) years' experience in Corporate Jet and/or Business Jet maintenance environment, preferably on Bombardier Series Aircraft, Dassault Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Citation, Bombardier, Lear Jet, Hawker, Beechcraft, Embraer, etc. APU Operation qualified. Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Read and interpret aircraft diagrams, charts and schematics. Lift up to 50 lbs. Must not be allergic to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids and cleaning solvents. Work and bend in confined workspace. Must have manual dexterity required for technician. Must be able to repeatedly enter and exit aircraft using stationary steps/stairs.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
Knowledgeable and experienced using computers and aircraft software. FAA Inspection Authorization. Successful completion of at least one (1) Maintenance School is a plus. Engine Run and Taxi qualified on business jet aircraft, preferably on Dassault Falcon Jet, Gulfstream, Citation, Bombardier, Lear Jet, Hawker Beechcraft, Embraer, etc. aircraft is a plus. Best Pay rates, live at home, travel on AOG Team and Time and a Half for Overtime!
