This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the work, takes ownership, and maintains high standards for safety, quality, and execution. We keep aircraft operating safely and reliably—and expect the same level of focus from every member of our team. Key Responsibilities Perform airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications in compliance with company and FAA requirements Remove, disassemble, repair, and install components, test aircraft systems Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Complete required documentation in accordance with company policy and FAA regulations Maintain accurate work orders, discrepancy reports, Service Bulletins, and AD compliance records Support all company safety programs, including OSHA and EPA standards Interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and drawings Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Deliver high-quality service to both internal and external customers Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required 2-4 years of relevant aviation maintenance experience (corporate aircraft experience preferred) At least 2 years of fleet-type experience preferred Working knowledge of FAR Parts 145, 135, and 91 Sheet metal experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and travel on short notice Physical Requirements Regularly lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures Comfortable with repetitive motion, mechanical environments, and exposure to noise and fumes Capable of standing, walking, bending, climbing, and working with moving parts Aircraft You'll Work On Dassault Falcon (50 / 900) Textron (Citation, King Air, Hawker) What Sets This Role Apart You're not just a number—your work has direct impact Consistent hours and real ownership of your responsibilities Broad exposure across maintenance and avionics—no siloed roles Faster learning in a smaller, hands-on environment Over 20 years of operational stability with continued growth A place to build true expertise—not just check boxes Work Environment Hangar-based work with varying temperatures and conditions Occasional travel and overtime as needed Must be available for all shifts
