Responsibilities and Duties:
For this position, we are looking for candidates with extensive experience with painting. The position would be at least 50% painting (Primer and Top Coat) and the remaining 50% working on repair work. Perform all work assigned in accordance with approved FAA data. Structural Repair & Composite repair experience is a requirement. Ensure complete and proper documentation of work performed. Ensure that all maintenance performed and is in an air-worthy condition. Maintains the premises and the repair station in a clean and organized manner. Performs additional duties as requested by the manager personnel. Requirements
Education, Knowledge and Skills:
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License is required Experience of communication skills, report writing and presentation skills English communication in both speech and written format For the mechanic candidates, we are looking for people who are currently using their A&P licenses (at least 2-3 years of experience) or they have 5-10 years of mechanic experience throughout their careers if their most recent employment was not as a mechanic.
