The Line Service employee is responsible for the safe and efficient servicing of all aircraft utilizing the FBO, including fueling, towing, and ground support. This role also assists with a wide range of client requests, ensuring a responsive, high-quality experience that reflects the standards and professionalism of the operation.Requirements:
Duties & Responsibilities Greet, park, tow, move, and marshal aircraft arriving or departing from the ramp area. Provide lavatory and water service as required. Provide shuttle service for passengers/crew as required. Fuel aircraft with Jet-A or 100LL as required. Provide a positive guest experience with all customers who use our FBO. Provide oil for aircraft as required. Assist with general cleaning and clearing of debris from ramp, building, and customer area. Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed. Assist with wing walking duties as required. Sump fuel tanks and trucks daily and record finding. Collect payment for services rendered and process payment using credit cards, cash, or contract fuels. Schedule aircraft arriving and departing/services needed by said aircraft. Clean aircraft interior and exterior. Comply with all company and airport regulations. Perform Janitorial Services on aircraft and FBO facilities. Complete shift sales reports and fuel inventory reports. General grounds keeping and FBO Facility Upkeep. Must be able to operate Ground Service Equipment. Perform other duties as needed. Successfully complete annual Avfuel training program. Maintain hangar cleanliness and organization, including cabinets, floors, supports, windows, etc. Required Qualifications 0-5 years of Line Service experience.Job Type:
