- Description
- We are hiring immediately for a full time Entry-Level A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) mechanic.
- What you will be doing as an
A & P Mechanic:
- You can expect to conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited no): +
- Mechanical Duties
- : Perform a variety of mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery +
Engine and Airframe Maintenance:
- Perform troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, including engine run-ups. Carry out airframe system and component changes, systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines +
- Use of Tools and Equipment
- : Utilize equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies
- What you need to be successful:
- + High school education, GED, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification required + A&P License is required
