ENHANCED Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary The ideal A&P Mechanic candidate should have training or experience inspecting, troubleshooting, and performing both routine and complex maintenance on a variety of airframe types. Experience or training with piston engine (General Aviation) aircrafts is highly desired. Perform routine to advanced maintenance in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, and in compliance with FAA guidelines Keep accurate and up-to-date maintenance records Perform aircraft run-ups and taxis Comply with safety rules and procedures. Use protective equipment as required and be alert for unsafe conditions. Conduct tests and troubleshooting to ensure operational reliability Adhere to all FAA guidelines and company standards of quality May be occasionally required to travel to complete maintenance at other locations as needed Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid and current A&P License (Airframe and Powerplant) At least 5 year of previous maintenance experience and/or trade school education in the aircraft maintenance field Experience and/or training on piston engine (General Aviation) aircraft Possess personal set of basic aircraft maintenance tools (specialty tools would be provided) Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to pass an FAA records check, and A&P License verification.
