Job Description
Position Summary The A&P Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine maintenance on a variety of general aviation aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and eager to work in a fast-paced flight training and charter environment. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Part 141, and 61. Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair airframe and powerplant systems Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications Accurately document work performed in aircraft logbooks and maintenance tracking systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, workspaces, and hangar facilities Coordinate with the Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Operations Manager on work orders and priorities Participate in safety meetings and support the Safety Management System (SMS) Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification required Six months of GA maintenance experience preferred Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Familiarity with piston aircraft (Cessna, Piper) is a plus Must be authorized to work in the United States What We Offer Paid Housing Fuel Stipend Competitive hourly pay based on experience plus guaranteed Overtime Opportunities for IA training and advancement A professional, safety-first workplace with modern facilities and a supportive team culture
