What You'll Do As an A&P Mechanic (IA preferred) , you will play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and inspecting aircraft to the highest standards. You will also support the installation and removal of advanced aerial imaging equipment, ensuring all systems are flight-ready and FAA-compliant. Responsibilities Ensure aircraft and equipment comply with FAA, OSHA, industry, and company standards Perform maintenance, repairs, and component replacements across aircraft systems Install and remove aerial cameras and sensors in accordance with FARs and manufacturer procedures Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance, including scheduling and managing maintenance events Perform 50-hour, 100-hour, and annual inspections (IA certification required where applicable) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace across hangars and work areas Accurately complete maintenance records, logs, and reports
