Responsibilities Assemble aircraft components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings. Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft parts to ensure compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, making necessary repairs or adjustments. Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used during assembly and repairs. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and technologies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in aviation maintenance preferred. Proven experience in aircraft assembly, maintenance, or a related field. Strong understanding of aircraft systems and components. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
