About the Role As an Aviation Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the airworthiness and safety of general aviation aircraft through meticulous inspections and expert repairs. You will leverage your technical proficiency to diagnose complex mechanical issues and maintain high-performance standards, directly contributing to the reliability and safety of our fleet. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on various aircraft systems to ensure full compliance with FAA regulations. Execute scheduled maintenance tasks, including annual and 100-hour inspections, to maximize aircraft uptime and safety. Document all maintenance actions with precision, ensuring all records meet rigorous regulatory and internal quality standards. Collaborate with a dedicated technical team to streamline workflows and achieve project goals efficiently. Maintain a high-standard, organized, and safety-conscious hangar environment to support operational excellence. Stay proactive in professional development by keeping current with evolving industry best practices and technical advancements. Qualifications Required Skills Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate. Minimum of 2 years of professional hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance. Demonstrated expertise in mechanical troubleshooting and system diagnostics. Solid understanding of FAA regulatory requirements and technical documentation standards. Preferred Skills Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving. Self-motivated mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Ability to adapt to feedback and prioritize team success in a fast-paced environment.
