Job Summary:
HQ Aero is currently recruiting for experienced
A&P MECHANICS
in
KANSAS CITY, MO
As an A&P Mechanic, you will be required to:
Perform general maintenance and complex repairs on aircraft structures and systems. This may include troubleshooting, installations and removals, and inspections on numerous aircraft types including Boeing 737/767/Airbus.
Adhere to general work rules and company policies and procedures applicable to work area and job functions.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
Airframe or Airframe and Powerplant license required.
Experience on 737/767/Airbus required.
Previous Commercial MRO experience - preferred minimum three years of experience.
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Standard Tool Kit required.
Criminal Background Check & Compliant to FAA Drug and Alcohol screening checks are mandatory.

Essential Job Functions
Able to Interpret maintenance manuals, wiring prints, and engineering drawings.
High level of professionalism and attention to details. Able to take direction and fit in with the team.
Good documentation skills for work performed and turnovers.
Work with little or no direction.
Physical Demands:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Good vision and depth perception.
Work Environment :
FAR Part 135 aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
