Job Description:

Position Overview We are seeking experienced and motivated A&P Mechanics to join our growing maintenance team. This role focuses on Bell 205A1++ field maintenance, supporting operations across the United States and internationally. This is a travel-intensive position involving both short-term and extended assignments, including seasonal deployments in support of ongoing Forest Service and Department of Interior contracts. Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of helicopters and components in accordance with FAA regulations (FARs) and manufacturer maintenance programs Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including: Annual and 100-hour inspections 300- and 600-hour inspections and more. Remove, install, and replace major components, including: Engines Main and tail rotor blades Transmissions and gearboxes Rotor hub assemblies Perform main and tail rotor track and balance Execute component inspection, repair, and overhaul Provide

contract maintenance support as required Accurately document maintenance activities using digital tracking systems (Winair) and maintenance software Plan and forecast upcoming maintenance events for assigned aircraft Minimum Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (held for at least 12 months) Valid U.S. Passport (or ability to obtain) Minimum 12 months of helicopter maintenance experience Minimum 12 months experience on a Bell 205A1 or completion of a manufacturer-approved maintenance course Previous experience with Part 133 and/or Part 135 operations Working knowledge of FAA regulations (FARs) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in high-tempo environments Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Preferred Qualifications Current or previous
